Despite our desire to learn more, do more, and be more sometimes the greatest benefits can be gained from simply letting go or mindfully removing certain thoughts, beliefs and behaviors that we adopted in times of survival. While they may have played an important part in helping us through challenges, they can often stand in the way of living a healthy and contented life.

My work combines tools and techniques with science-backed evidence of effectiveness with simplicity, so you can life a life that allows you to thrive and be wild, be wise and be well!

    The first time I went to a yoga class with Ramone was memorable for two reasons: she offered modifications throughout, and pie. Pumpkin pie to be precise. It was delicious but also revolutionary because when someone (possibly me) made a comment about having ‘earned the pie’ after a challenging class she gently shut that down right away. She said ‘You also are just allowed to enjoy food’ And it was the first time I’d thought of yoga as something I could do for my body that was wholly separate from aesthetics. That class was the beginning of a huge shift in how I viewed my body, my yoga practice, and myself. And the pie was delicious!
