If you’re ready to reclaim your mind from the chaos of daily life, the stress of social media or the traps of ruminative negative thought, the 8 week Sacred Sundays Meditation Series is for you!
The 8 week Sacred Sundays Meditation Series is designed for both for those new to meditation and those interested in deepening their understanding and experience with a commitment to daily practice supported with weekly guided meditations and a deep dive into the neuroscience behind the magic.
Each 60 Minute Sunday Session will include:
The What:
An exploration of the origin and history of the practice
Trauma informed approaches to each Mindfulness or Meditation practice
A deep dive into what’s happening to your body and mind with the practice
The How:
A through explanation of the steps and a guided practice with optional modifications

Expected nervous system impacts and positive benefits
A printable step-by-step reference guide for each week
The 8 week Sacred Sundays Meditation Series will run online via Zoom for 8 consecutive Sundays from May 12th at 4.30pm AEST for 60 minutes. Recordings will be available for those unable to make the live call.
