The Yoga Big Day Out is a Canberra-grown, one day mini wellness fest that begain in 2012.
It has always been deisgned to create the perfect opportunity to step away from your hectic everyday and reinvigourate your mind, body and spirit with a dose of self-care!
This time we'll be seting up at one of Canberra's most iconic and spectacular waterfront locations - the National Museum for a Saturday dedicated to self care!
Self Care Saturday by Yoga Big Day Out is the perfect opportunity to experience all of the benefits of a wellness retreat without having to travel far from home.
Join Ramone Bisset from Wild Sage Wellbeing and three guest Yoga teachers as they guide you through a day exploring Pilates, Yoga, meditation and other holistic practices that set you up with the foundations for living a healthy, happy life.
As always there will be a range of yoga styles on offer and the event is open to all levels of interest and experience.

From 9am-4.00pm yon Saturday 20 September you’ll be expertly guided through a range of fun and informative movement and meditative practices designed to help you get you feeling like you're back in flow after the long, cold Canberra Winter!
You'll have the chance to mentally and physically explore possiblity through fun, in-depth yoga workshops and learn effective ancient techniques that are now proven by modern science to reduce and manage stress helping you increase resilience and thrive.
With expert guidance from some of Canberra's most experienced wellness professionals, you'll learn how these practices can be directly applied to help you live a more calm, balanced and joyful daily life amid the pace and demands of modern society.
