A Winter Solstice Yoga Retreat to Warm your Soul!

The mid-winter retreat that resets your heart, mind and soul and inspires, connects and recalibrates you from the inside out is returning in 2026!

This time with a whole body warming sauna!

Heartspace has just become even better with the addition of a contrast therapy - a wood fires sauna and a cool plunge, specifically calibrated to maximse women's health! Imagine looking out at the frost over the fields and the steam rising off the dam during the chilly Canberra winter from the cosy warmth of a steamy sauna!

Food is one of our favourite parts of retreats at Heartspace because the owner and host is an incredibly talented wholefoods chef! You’ll Enjoy warming, nourishing wholefoods catering designed to rest and restore your digestive system and nurture your nervous system.

Designed to be gentle on your digestive system yet deeply nourishing, we practice slow food in all it’s mindful ways from local produce where possible to beginning our digestive process with a detailed description from the chef on the special benefits of what we’re about to eat.

It’s a weekend away that can help you re-set your relationship from the nervous system level with what truly nourishes you.

There’s also the wonderful opportunity to learn how to prepare some dishes in a morning cooking class by chef Angie! You’ll be able to purchase cook books and other goodies to take home too!

Insightful and Inspiring Yoga and Meditation with Retreat Leader Ramone Bisset from Wild Sage Wellbeing.

Daily practices designed to meet the seasonal needs ranging from restorative to active flow. Special workshops for an added opportunity to dive deep and explore themes and ideas that will improve your relationship with yourself and integrate into your daily life.

With a focus on nervous system centred healing, Ramone draws from a range of styles to curate classes suited to the individulas who show up on the mat. Meeting people where' they’re at with compassion forms part of a trauma-informed and accessible approach to Yoga for any and every body.

Classes will begin with meditation with morning practices leaning towards alignment focussed flow and afternoons on Yin or deeply Restorative Yoga.
